Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 8–12 business days, depending on your destination, customs clearance, and local courier performance.
Shipping timelines may vary during holidays, weather events, or unexpected delays from logistics partners.
3. Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided once your package is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
4. Incorrect or Missing Address Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.
If the address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery failures may occur.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by address errors.
5. Delivery Issues or Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received:
• Check with neighbors, building staff, or family members.
• Verify the address used for the order.
• Contact us for further assistance.
We will help investigate with the courier, but we cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices.
Customs delays are beyond our control and may extend the delivery timeframe.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they enter processing or have been shipped.
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately. We will attempt to assist if the package has not yet been shipped.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:
• Order number
• Photos of packaging and product
• Description of the issue
We will provide a replacement or solution.
