Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

3. Return Process

Include your order number, photos if needed, and the reason for return.
After approval, you will receive the return address and instructions.

Do not send items back without authorization.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We offer free replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
• For defective items, we will cover or reimburse the return cost.

7. Packages Lost During Return Shipping

We recommend using tracked shipping for returns.
We are not responsible for lost return packages.

8. Order Cancelation

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
